Give your employees unlimited vacation time

I partially agree on this post. I believe that removing constraints on vacation days can work only on specific companies, where the average age is lower than 30 years, the work is funny, intriguiing and interesting, and the salary is not above the average (yes, I believe that on high salaries it won’t work).

On the four reason mentioned in the article, I think that only the third and forth points are a reasonable advantage, the rest does not really change.
